This part-time position is an integral part of the overall day to day operation of Bellissima Medical Aesthetics. The Medical Aesthetics Nurse Injector is responsible for all performed medical aesthetic treatments and the overall success of the relationship between the company and the client. This frontline position requires a good working knowledge of customer service models found throughout the service industry and to be able to adapt to the ever changing needs of a multi service environment. The Medical Aesthetics Nurse Injector is the formal treatment provider and skin care professional for all existing clients and for all new and prospective clients. The primary role is two-fold: providing quality and discreet non-surgical, medical aesthetics care and generating revenue through the retail sector. Other responsibilities include administration support, sales, and coordinating with senior management.
The Medical Aesthetics Nurse evaluates, plans and provides care for clients in consultation with and under direct supervision of Bellissima’s Doctor and owner. The Medical Aesthetics Nurse will perform clinical procedures under the direction of the Doctor and owner and according to approved protocols. They will initiate and change orders for client care based on condition and needs of client. The Medical Aesthetics Nurse is a key partner in the success of the clinic and will be responsible for client care and assisting the Doctor and owner. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Promote Bellissima Medical Aesthetics through marketing, retail and service bookings.
Focus on client care, discretion is a must in customer service.
Work with Bellissima’s Doctor, owner and staff to develop and build on well-rounded services being offered to clients throughout the clinic
Collaborate with the team for the overall success of Bellissima.
Specific duties include and are not limited to:
Perform injectable treatments (i.e. Botox, Juvéderm, etc), client consultation, pre and post treatment care, assistance and follow up.
Perform all medical aesthetic treatments (lasers, CoolSculpting,etc)
Demonstrate a dedication and tangible effort towards increasing efficiency and productivity
Provide follow up care to all clients on a daily basis
Perform recall exercises regularly to ensure client satisfaction
At the request of the owner, the employee may be required to perform additional nursing duties.
Experience and Education Required:
Current Certificate of Registration with the New Brunswick Nurses Association as a Registered Nurse is required.
Botox injections and fillers (e.g. Restylane and Juvéderm) experience is an asset.
A proficiency in retail sales and follow up bookings is an asset.
A general understanding of the cosmetic, beauty care and spa industry and the medical
aesthetics industry will prove valuable.
Good communication skills in both English and French, oral and written.

Salary and working conditions:
Part-time position with full-time opportunities. A competitive salary is to be discussed according to experience.
